Columns a, b, and c of the connector are all connected in a bus (parallel) configuration, allowing for arbitrary bus settings.

Custom bus creation is possible. ◆Power connections to the connector pins can be made by shorting to the GND pins provided at both ends of the slot and the upper and lower +5V pins, allowing any pin from 1 to 32 to be connected as desired, making custom buses easy to create. ◆GND patterns are placed for all signals, minimizing crosstalk between signals. ◆+5V and GND are provided as surface patterns in the inner layers, ensuring stable power supply. ◆Termination for columns a, b, and c is done by wrapping wires to the IC sockets at both ends (resistors sold separately). ◆In addition to +5V and GND, terminals are provided to allow for two power supplies. (With the addition of optional terminals, up to four power supplies can be accommodated.) ◆The standard connector type is press-fit, but solder connectors can also be installed. *Please contact us if you wish to use solder connectors.
